philly cheese steak pizza

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp evoo
• 1 green pepper
• 2 cloves garlic
• half a sweet onion
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
• 1 pizza dough homemade or store bought
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 8 slices provolone cheese
• 1 cup thin sliced roast beef

Preparation

Step 1

prepare pizza dough and allow to rise
in a large skillet, heat oil saute pepper garlic onion mushrooms oregano salt and pepper until onion is golden.
set aside
roll out pizza dough
spread with pizza sauce
arrange 1/2 cheese over sauce
spoon vegetable mix over top
top with roast beef and remaining cheese
bake in bottom 3rd of at 500 oven until crust is golden and cheese bubbly, about 10 minutes
