Heat will change according the peppers. You can control the heat by removing the ribs or not. Leaving the ribs in will increase the heat.

Ingredients
- STUFFING:
- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 3 Tbsp. Green olives (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp green onions (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 cups assorted cheese
- (reggiano, white Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. Flour (or less)
- Breadcrumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash, halve and seed the peppers – USE GLOVES or OIL YOUR HANDS.
Toast Almonds.
Chop onions and olives.
Grate cheeses.
Mix together all ingredients. Can be done the night before and refrigerated.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Watch carefully.
