Ingredients
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 large containers low sodium beef or vegetable broth
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 lbs. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Louisiana hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare onions, celery, carrots, and cabbage and place in a large soup pot.
Add cans of veggies including liquids. Add beef broth and onion soup mix.
Liquid should just cover the veggies, so add more broth or water to cover.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until veggies are tender.
Add pepper, Worcestershire and Louisiana to taste.
