Peanut Butter-Chia Morning Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup chia seed
- 2 tsp. pepitas
- 2 tsp. desiccated unsweetened coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk milk gradually into peanut butter in medium bowl until blended. Add chia seeds; mix well. Pour into 2 glasses or jars.
Refrigerate 8 hours.
Top with pepitas and coconut before serving.
Special Extra
For a more dessert-like flavour, prepare using chocolate almond milk.
Variation
Substitute toasted sliced almonds and fresh berries for the pepitas and coconut.
Note
This easy-to-make recipe can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
