Everyone Wants this Recipe Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 slices bacon
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms, sautéed in butter
• 8 eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Pepper to taste
• Sprinkle of seasoning salt
• 2 1/2 cup (10oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 cup milk

Step 1

1. Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Saute onions and then mushrooms in same pan.

2. In a bowl, combine all ingredient and pour into a 2qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350F for 35-40 mins.
