Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Squash
  • 1 medium onion, sliced in quarters
  • 1/2 Cup crushed saltines
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook squash and onions until tender. Drain and chop up. Add butter, eggs, milk salt and pepper - blend well.

Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix together saltines and cheese. Spread on top.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
