Ingredients
- 6 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock (OR 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 cups water)
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 3 lbs spareribs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix honey, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, stock and sherry. Mix well. Cut ribs into individual ribs and add to sauce. Spoon sauce over ribs for 3 mins. Marinate at room temperature for at least 3 hours, basting frequently. If possible marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. Remove ribs from marinade and put on flat roasting pan. Roast at 350F for 1 hour. Pour off fat as if accumulates, basting ribs with marinade at the same time. Ribs should be crisp, but not dried out.
