Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. meat (shrimp, fish-tilapia, scallops) whatever you choose
  • Cilantro - as much as you like
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 9 limes - squeezed
  • 3 lemons - squeezed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cap liquid smoke
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 2 shots of tequila

Mix altogether and let sit at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Serve with chips.
