Ingredients
- 2 lbs. meat (shrimp, fish-tilapia, scallops) whatever you choose
- Cilantro - as much as you like
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 9 limes - squeezed
- 3 lemons - squeezed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cap liquid smoke
- dash of hot sauce
- 2 shots of tequila

Mix altogether and let sit at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Serve with chips.
