  • 7 ½ oz raspberries (1 ½ cups)
  • ¾ cup sugar (5 ¼ oz)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 oz bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan bring raspberries, sugar, & lemon juice to boil over medium heat, stirring often.
Boil til raspberries have broken down & released their juices, abt 5 mins
Whisk in chocolate til completely melted, abt 1 min
Continue to boil mixture stirring & adjusting heat as needed til jam has thickened & measures 1 cup, 10m -15 mins
Remove from heat, transfer to bowl & cool completely, abt 1 hour
