Ingredients
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 2 tblsp flour
- 2 lb stew meat
- 4 carrots
- 2 large onions
- 1 sliced celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup mushrooms, quartered

Step 1
Blend soy sauce with the flour in a baking dish. Add the stew meat and coat with mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 3 hours @ 350*.
