  • 2 lb stew meat
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 sliced celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 cup mushrooms, quartered

Blend soy sauce with the flour in a baking dish. Add the stew meat and coat with mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 3 hours @ 350*.
