Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c butter
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 c flour
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• bundt pan

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and then add eggs and vanilla
Mix flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour remaining batter into pan and top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 30-40 mins.
