Ingredients
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 3 cups celery
- 1 cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 2 tblsp mustard
- 2 tblsp worchestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp paprika
