Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup butter
• 1 pound confectioners sugar
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients. chill.
roll into balls and chill again
Chocolate Coating:
• 1 large package semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 bar bakers wax (paraffin)
melt over low heat or double boiler

using a toothpick, dip the balls into chocolate
let balls stand on wax paper until set (only a couple minutes)
either chill or eat.
