- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tblsp lemon juice or 1 tsp lemon extract
- 6 cups flour
- 1 tsp bkg soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325*
cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and extracts, beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet. Refrigerate. Bake for about 8-10 minutes a tray.
Can be kept in the fridge in a roll form and cut into round cookies as needed.
