Ingredients
- 1 can cannelini beans {or white kidney beans}
- 1 300 mL jar of roasted red peppers drained
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp harissa paste

Blend for one minute, until smooth and creamy.
