- 2 cans 2 lb 2 oz yams
- 1/3 butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup brandy

Step 1
Melt butter add brown sugar,orange juice, salt and boil gently 5 minutes pour over potatoes in casserole dish. Add the almonds, and then add brandy. Bake forever.
