Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 4 t freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1 large tomato, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 4 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 4 large fresh serrano chiles, seeded and chopped fine
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 drops hot sauce (optional)
- 1 to 2 T mayonnaise (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Using a fork, mash the avocado with the lime juice in a small bowl.
Add the cilantro, onion, tomato, garlic, chiles, salt, pepper and hot sauce (if using).
Stir to combine.
For a super-creamy guacamole, add the mayonnaise.
You may wish to add lemon juice to further reduce the change of discoloration.
