Ingredients
- 4 skinless, bonelss chicken breast halves or 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (1 lb)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 T margarine/butter
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz cond broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 c water
- 1 med tomate, sliced
- 1 T grated parmesan cheese
- sliced tomator and fresh fennel sprigs for garnish

Step 1
Dip eash chicken breast half into egg; coat with bread crumbs.
In 10" skillet over med-high heat in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 min on both sides or until chicken browned and no longer pink. In 12 x 8" baking pan, arrange chicken; set aside.
In same skillet, stir soup and water. Heat through. Spoon some sauce over chicken. top with tomato slices & hceese. Position baking pan in over so top of chicken is 6" from heat. Broil 5 min or until topping is hot and bubbling. Pass remaining sauce. Garnish with tomato & fennel
