Very Slow Cooking Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb dried red beans
- Water
- 1 lb Cajun kielbasa
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 cups water
- 6 ozs tomato paste
- 8 ozs tomato sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Cajun seasoning, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soak beans overnight. Drain and discard water.
2. Mix together all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours, or until beans are soft. Serve over rice.
Notes: This was great! Easy and a nice crockpot meal that could stew for the whole day - just had to soak the beans the night before. Used one less cup of water, and next time I'd probably add it, and light turkey kielbasa. Easy, cheap, and very good.
