4 egg whites
5 tblsp butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tblsp cream
1 tsp almond extract

Step 1

Spray pans, melt butter. combine the egg whites and sugar and beat for 30 seconds, add dry ingredients, mix in, then add the butter , cream, and extract and mix.
1 tblsp at a time speed a circle out on silpat. Bake for 8 minutes. Immediately put fortune down the middle, fold in half, and pinch the ends gently together.
