Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted herbs (available in Québec)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlc, finely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together (except the chicken). Place the chicken in a glass container or zip lock bag and cover with the marinade. Marinate for 4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and bbq until cooked, basting with the marinade.
