Ingredients
- 3 cups vidalia onion, quartered and sliced
- 1/4 cup nonfat chicken broth
- 1 cup cornbread stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons nonfat chicken broth
- 1/2 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup lowfat cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Pour broth over stuffing mix. Mix and place in sprayed casserole.
3. Saute onion in 2 tb broth. Pour over stuffing.
4. Mix eggs-s&p. Pour over onions. Top with cheese. Bake 45 mins.
