Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 12 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 4 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, slivered
- 1 cup diced potatoes, cooked
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- cayenne
- lime juice
- 1 scallion, minced
- 4 lime wedges

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute garlic and onion in oil.
2. Add lemon zest. Saute a few seconds. Add water and bouillion. Bring to boil.
3. Add carrot and cabbage. Simmer 10 mins. Add milk and seasonings. Heat through, do not boil! Garnish.
