Ingredients
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs,beaten

Step 1
Combine coconut and cornflakes. Dip the shrimp in flour and then egg. Press firmly into coconut mixture. Fry in peanut oil till lightly browned . Serve with sticky rice and mango salsa for a great meal.
