Ingredients
- 5 ripe tomatoes
- 1 tsp sea salt – or to taste
- 3-4 leaves fresh basil
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1/4 cup yellow onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- pinch chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Blend until smooth then
add to the following:
small to medium cubed:
1 large avocado, chopped
1 seeded cucumber, chopped
And finely diced:
2 celery
¼ small onion or 2-3 scallions
½ red bell pepper
