Ingredients
- 1 pkg macaroni
- 6 tblsp butter,dvd
- 3 tblsp flour
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 2 cups evaporated milk, or regular milk
- 3 tblsp cream cheese
- 1/2 cup velvet
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tsp guldens brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp parsley

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Meanwhile in a sauce pan put 3 tblsp butter on the heat, add the flour and onion flakes and cook 1 minute. Add the milk and gradually the cheeses to melt. Add the rest of the seasonings. Put the bread crumbs together with butter and parsley to use as a topping. When noodles are not quite done drain them well and add them to sauce in a buttered casserole, top with crumbs. Bake for at least 20 minutes in a moderate oven. When the topping is done and the casserole is bubbly it is done.
