Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 16 ounces canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- several dashes cayenne
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all topping ingredients, mixing well.
2. Heat oven to 450.
3. Roll out dough and spread topping on top.
4. Place pizza on baking sheets and bake 10 minutes.
