Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast, fresh or thawed, (5 to 6 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 green onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced, fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
1. Place turkey in crock pot with 1/4 cup water. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over outside of turkey.
2. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
