Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c butter, cubed
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 pkg (16 oz) M&M's
- 1 jar (16 oz) dry roasted peanuts
- Candy corns for halloween or different colored M&Ms for different holiday, orange M&Ms for tailgating**

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir the marshmallows, butter and oil until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
2. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, M&M's and peanuts. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and mix well. Press into two greased 9x13 inch pans. Let stand for 2 hours or until set.
