Coconut Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup cream or half and half
• 1 tsp coconut extract

Boil sugar and corn syrup together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in cream and extract. Store in refrigerator
