Turkey Chili with Black Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can nonfat chicken broth
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced, or red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can black beans (15 ounces) rinsed and drained
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (14 ounces) undrained
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook turkey-pepper in heated skillet until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Add chili powder-paprika. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 mins.
3. Add beans-vinegar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20-25 mins or until thickened to desired consistency.
Notes: Yum! Kari's right, the flavor is really reminiscent of Cincinnati Chili. Really good and yummy, especially for being so quick to make without having to simmer all day. Definite repeater for us.
