Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 mint sprigs
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups blueberries
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- additional mint for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Bring sugar and water to a simmer in a saucepan. Remove from the heat, add mint sprigs and let steep 10 minutes. Discard the mint; add the zest, lemon juice and salt.
Toss with blueberries and cubed watermelon. Let stand 15 minutes.
Top with chopped mint.
