Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 8 oranges, sections
- 2 cups peeled and Julliane jicama
- 1 bunch torn watercress
- 1/2 cups sliced thin
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tblsp lime juice
- 1-2 dried sequin, or crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper
