- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 4 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 8" pie crusts
