Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Step 1
Just put it in the bread machine on dough cycle.
Notes: Excellent! Very easy in the bread machine, came out hearty and healthy tasting - perfect - and just the right amount of dough. Will use as our standard pizza dough.
By looking at the dough mixing, I can tell if I need to add a Tablespoon more of water if too dry looking or conversely a Tablespoon more of flour if too moist.
