Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef top round steak
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 med. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. fresh baby carrots
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 can italian diced tomatoes
- 1 jar home-style beef gravy
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cut steak into six serving-size pieces; flatten to 1/4" thickness. Rub w/ seasoned salt and pepper. In a a lg. skillet, brown beef in oil on both sides.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges. In a 5qt. slow cooker, layer the potatoes, carrtos, beef, and onion. Combine tomatoes and gravy; pour over top. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2-6 hours or till meat and veggies are tender. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
