Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- Cake:
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted

Step 1
Crust:
1. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
2. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Cake:
3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter.
6. Spoon plain batter and chocolate batters alternatively over crust.
7. Cut chocolate batter through vanilla batter.
8. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 250 degrees F and continue baking for 30 minutes.
9. Loosen cake from sides of pan, but cool before removing rim.
10. Chill.
