Ingredients

1 egg
1 oz cream cheese
1/2 t. vanilla
2 pks of Splenda
cinnamon to taste
non stick spray

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg and 1 pk of Splenda then cook over medium heat, can flip it if it doesn't cook in the middle. Then mix cream cheese, vanilla, and 2nd pk of Splenda together and spread on egg, roll it up and sprinkle with cinnamon.
