Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup medium-hot salsa
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- dash of paprika
- 2 4-oz. cans chopped green chiles
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 3 Tbsp. hot sauce (optional)
- 2 lb. cocktail smokies
- cooking spray
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute until tender. Add salsa and stir. Gradually add cream cheese and shredded cheese. Stir in paprika, green chilies, worcestershire sauce, salt and hot sauce; continue cooking and stirring until cheese is melted and the mixture is well blended.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange sausages on a baking sheet lined with foil; spray with cooking spray. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until heated through.
Place sausages in a bowl and pour cheese sauce over the top. Serve with tortilla chips and toothpicks.
