Orange Streusel Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box orange cake mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 (3.4oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/3 cup canned vanilla frosting
- 2 tbsp milk or orange juice

Step 1
1. FOR STREUSEL TOPPING : Place 2 tbsp of the DRY cake mix, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Butterin a Medium Bowl, Mix well with a fork untill crunchy, stir in pecans -SET ASIDE
2. For Cake : Combine rest of Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, Eggs, Sour Cream and Oil in a Large Mixing Bowl, with an electric mixer ,Beat on Medium Speed for 2 mins.
3. Pour Batter into Bundt Pan, Sprinkle the Streusel mixture on top of Batter. Bake at 350F for 40-45 mins till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Make sure pan was well GREASED. Cool in pan 15 mins.
4. Invert onto cooling rack, then turn right side up. cool completly. FOR GLAZE: 1/3 cup Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Vanilla Frosting, 2 tbsp Milk OR Orange Juice, Cream Cheese Frosting is good on this cake too.
