Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1 med onion chopped
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 1/2 can tomato sauce
• salt & pepper
• sauce;
• 1/2 can tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp mustard
• 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

mix & shape meat loaf ingredients into a loaf and place in casserole dish.

mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat and bake at 350 til done
