Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, cold chunks
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 3 oz cold milk

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to stand mixer, add butter chunks. With paddle attachment mix to make pea sized pieces. Add a little bit of milk at a time until mixture becomes sticky and doughy. Add raisins mix to combine. Turn out onto a floured surface. Flatten into rectangle, cut into triangle shape. Bake on parchment paper in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
