Ingredients
- 10 oz flour
- 1/4 oz salt
- 1/2 oz sugar
- 1/2 oz baking powder
- 3 1/2 oz butter, cold chunks
- 6 oz cold milk

Step 1
Put all dry ingredients in stand mixer, with paddle on mixer add chunks of butter, mix until the butter is incorporated into pea sized pieces.
Add milk a little at a time until mixture is doughy and sticky. Turn out on a floured surface, flatten out into a consistent thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake @350 or until golden brown about 10 minutes.
