  • 1 /2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 /2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 /2 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 /2 tsp lemon zest
  • 250 g butter430 g confectioner's sugar sifted3 tbsp milk1/2 tsp vanilla extractpinch salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger grated1/2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, add butter and with an electric mixer beat until it’s creamy.

Reduce speed and gradually add half of the confectioners’ sugar to the butter and mix till it’s incorporated.

Add milk, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and lemon rind and mix till it’s incorporated

Add the rest of the confectioner's sugar and mix until creamy and fluffy.

Use as cupcake topping or as a filling for cakes.
