Oatmeal, Raisin & Spice Cookie Mix

1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c butter/margarine, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 375*. In large bowl, cream the butter, eggs & vanilla. Add the cookie mix & stir until mixture is well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c raisins
• 1/2 c old fashioned oats
• 1 t ground cinnamon
• 1/2 t ground nutmeg
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 c all purpose flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt

Layer ingredients in order given into wide mouth 1 qt canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding next ingredient.
