Ingredients
- 4 cups "chicken" ground, frozen
- 1 cup soft PF white bread, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp accent
- BROTH
- 1 cup less 1/8 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp McKay's Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Mix with other ingredients, onion mixture, and broth ingredients.
Pour into oiled loaf pan
Bake 1.5 hours at 350 degrees
