Ingredients
- 2 T margarine/butter
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 c frozen broccoli cuts
- 3/4 c sliced carrots
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz cond cream of broccoli soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 1/4 c uncooked quick cooking rice

Step 1
In 10" skillet over med-high heat, in hot margarine, cook half of chicken until browned. Remove; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Add broccoli and carrots. Cook until tender-crsip, stirring occasionally.
Stir in soup, milk & pepper. Return chicken to skillet. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 10 mn or until chicken no longer pink, stir occasionally.
Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff mixture with fork.
