  • Dip:
  • 1 round French bread
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. shopped onion
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted, squeezed dry

Step 1

Blend dip ingredients together - best to make the day before. Refrigerate.

Cut top off bread and remove insides to make a bowl. Save bread.

When ready to serve, fill with spinach dip.

Dip bread pieces into dip and start breaking the bowl apart when you need more bread.
